glock 22lr

glock 22lr

Glock 22lr - Just got my G44..great ammo, but the main reason for this purchase...there are a lot of cheap ammo to shoot...and it weighs like nothing... ...loaded all day never had pants I didn't kill...anyway, buy one

Bought a new Glock 44 and took it to the range - great fun shooting! Obviously, the trigger is "fun" after shooting Sig Legion, but it's easy to get used to after a magazine or two. It's Glock - get over it. Aftermarket triggers for the Gen 5 G19 will also work. Shooting is cheap, with acceptable accuracy, and it's fun! Anyone with a Glock should get one and a few .22 LRs. Make sure and use a high speed rds to ensure proper circulation. and clean - typical Glock (happy!)

Glock 22lr

Glock 22lr

There is a practice gun like the g19 but no weights. There are only a few differences inside. I wish it could hold more 10 rounds and 1 rounds. Maybe someone will make a magazine to hold more. All in all, no problem every time, it just fires. thanks glock

The Gun Show: Glock 44 Review

I have had my g44 for about a week and it was well worth the wait. Fired about 500 rounds through it, had one problem, it didn't like the remington thunderbolt, lots of fte and cracked every casing, don't know why, maybe the barrel chamber?

I'm a Glock fan. Birthday is coming up so had to get my 3rd glock after 17 gen4 and 19x. I bought it for the same reasons as some of you. Ammo is pretty cheap, and the price of the G44 won't hit the wallet too hard.

My G44 worked out of the box. Tried several different brands of ammo and it shot them all, only one tube out of 200 rounds. I recommend it, very light and fun to shoot.

Last night, the mines ignited for the first time. 150 rounds cci mini magazine. Great rifle, very fun to shoot. There are no errors. I wonder about the motivation behind posting negative reviews online. I hear people say, "I don't like Glocks", well, all I know is that when I have to carry for self defense, Glocks are the gun I take. This is what I expected. My voice is very attractive! Great fun and great for learning.

Glock 44 Model 22 Lr

After reading many of the reviews, I was only expecting trouble from this gun. I work in a gun shop and have a few Glocks too, so I bought this as a test to see if it was as bad as everyone said it was. I broke in, cleaned and lubricated the guns before going to the range. Just got back from my first trip with 250 Thunderbolt and 50 small mags, I only had 1 round out of 300 and 1 failed to recover the slide. The only common complaint for me so far is that the gun just doesn't hit the target for me. It consistently shoots 4 inches high at 12 yards. I hope the Glock fixes this, as it is not adjusted lower than the factory rear sight, so firing this gun requires a higher front rear sight, hence the 4 stars. With the new front sight, this gun will see a lot of time. Probably one of my favorite shots. I do not regret my purchase.

After owning a GLOCK G19 '9mm' for many years, I decided to buy a G44 for my wife. New marksman, zero experience, so my goal is to get her fear factor to zero. Less recoil, less noise, just 100% comfortable and enjoyable shooting experience. And that's exactly what this GLOCK has to offer! If you shoot ammo with a quality of 40 grain or higher, you won't make any mistakes. I have to intentionally reload "half powder" for my 9mm, so I sometimes get choke tubes, feed failures, etc. For training purposes! This gun is 100% reliable, easy to shoot, easy to handle, I bet on their reliability!

Bought in February 2020 and love it. A month later I bought 2 ProMag 18 round magazines. Forget about using premium ammo like CCI. This gun is definitely dead when you aim and shoot. Upgraded full polish and trigger action to 3 lbs for fast and accurate triggering.

Glock 22lr

I bought this gun when it first came out. I have fired hundreds of rounds with this gem. The positions used range from low-end gaming to high-end gaming. Myb44 always shows what a fun gun to make. love it

Glock 19 Gen 5 Mos Fs. First Gun Bigger Than .22lr. Any Suggestions On Upgrades?

Bought this Glock 44 about 6/7 months ago despite the poor reviews on reliability. I've run hundreds of rounds and never had any issues. Just to show you that you cannot rely on all reviews. This is a great gun. Inexpensive to shoot and great for beginners as well as seasoned shooters like myself. highly recommended.

After getting rid of the Taurus TX 22 Lr, I bought one and followed the instructions to lubricate and clean it. After 500 rounds small CCI magazine, there is only one coil. My gun is dead center so I'm lucky I have a wide slide lock, thankfully it's a pistol for cleaning duties. I installed a custom trigger with a pull of 3 lbs. I don't regret it at all. I have a Hogue pistol grip and it fits like a glove. I used it to warm up before using a Glock 17 gen 5 with the same internals and customization as a glock 44. If you look around, the parts are there. The problem is that it uses the same extended slide lock and slide release as my glock 17. There is also a brass stacker slide on both guns, both are the same size. So, no doubt. make once! 3.0 connectors on both arms. So the glock 17 and the glock 44 are obviously identical in everything but weight. You won't regret getting this gun, even if it only comes with a single AB 10 round magazine.

glock 23 40 cal

glock 23 40 cal

Glock 23 40 Cal - I bought a G23 Gen 3 a few months ago and it has become my favorite gun ever and I have very few guns. I also got a 9mm conversion barrel so I can shoot 40 s&w or 9mm which is a perfect gun to carry or use as a ranged toy. If you are considering a G19, I would consider using a G23 and a conversion barrel. This gun can be converted to shoot 4 different calibers (comes in 40 s&w, you can get a 9mm or .357 conversion barrel, you can also get a .22lr conversion kit). Great gun all around! We highly recommend this gun.

I prefer the grip from Gen 4 to Gen 3. It feels more secure in the hand. Size 23 is portable but large enough to absorb damage and see longer. I also like the idea of a .357 Sig conversion barrel. Glock can't be beat in my opinion.

Glock 23 40 Cal

Glock 23 40 Cal

To be honest, I use gloves to hand out. They were heavy and bulky weapons that did not fit my hand at all. Recently my wife wanted us to go to the store and she felt like a glove when she saw the salesperson handing me a gen 4. After a little research I found out that they modeled the gen 4 after the 1911 which I like around the 1911 but also i love how i can customize the glock. So the 23 gen 4 is the last gun I'll buy before it's gone.

I Admit I Was Wrong About 40

The first Glock I ever owned was my first pistol. Fast, smooth and reliable. I have owned several different Semi Autos from different manufacturers and this is the best I have ever driven. I go for accuracy with the spring kit and barrel, even out of the box I get a consistent 5” ball at 9-12 yards. Well thank you.

I bought a Gen 3 a few years ago. I still love guns. I'd like to get a Gen 4 one day, but haven't felt the need yet. When I was in the police force, I liked to go out. It's not too big and still has decent stages. I recommend for those who want to carry concealed.

I love you. If it was a Gen 5 G19, my friend convinced me to replace it. ACCESSORIES Fits all Glock 19 holsters. Can also fire 9mm. I think it's good!

I tried the Glock 23 and instantly fell in love, it's a great gun and feels different. More damage expected, but average for the caliber, great gun. This is not my first Glock, I have owned a G17, G19, G23, G30SF and G45, but the G23 is different.

Glock 23 Gen 4 Battlefield Green

I love the Glock store. Video information and excellent service. I didn't buy a gun here. I Buds Gun Shop is located 12 miles from Lexington, KY. This was my first and only pistol. I bought it and never shot it in over 2 years. I was shy then I retired and met my new boyfriend. I replaced the spring and it made a huge difference. This is a glock 23 gen 4. I put a large XS dot on it. I love it now, it's so fast at the finish line. Bam and you there. I put a blacklist barrel and a johnny glock trigger. I dry grass a lot and it shows when I go to the shooting range. There is a book called Navy Seal Shooting by Chris Sajnog. I learned a lot about how to shoot. Chris Sajnog was the master puncher. Money well spent. You can't go wrong with this Glock 23. That's all a handgun should do. Now you have to do your part and learn how to use it. hope this helps CBH

I bought a Glock 31 in Sig 357 caliber with one magazine. I bought 2 more Sig 357 mags from Gun Broker but the dealer said they couldn't find the mags, so to cut it short he bought me (2) 40 caliber mags and assured me they would work. 357 pistol. Then I bought a 40 ACP barrel. So now I had a Sig 357 pistol and a 40 ACP pistol with 3 mags. Then I bought a 9mm barrel conversion and (3) 9mm mags, from buying one gun and a few accessories I now have 3 guns of different calibers. Glock Rules!!!!!! I will get the 22LR conversion next.

I bought my Glock 23 40 cal 20 years ago from a dealer in Tulsa, Oklahoma! This gun did not disappoint me at all. It is the best gun I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I spent my time on duty at two different police stations. It's a solid gun and I'm happy to own it! The Glock 23, a higher caliber than the often more popular Glock 19, has a lot to offer even demanding shooters. While not as easy to handle as the 19, the Glock 23 uses a .40 caliber pistol cartridge and offers more storage capacity.

Glock 23 40 Cal

Increased power is the main reason police departments across the country choose the G23 over the G23, but the weapon's benefits aren't just for the men in uniform.

Glock 23 Gen5 Black 4″ 40s&w 3mags Pg235s203 New

The .40-caliber Glock 23 offers a solid middle ground between the ease of use of the Glock 19 and the storage power of larger calibers.

While it may appear identical to the Glock 19 when you first hold it, the Glock 23 falls apart as soon as you pull the trigger. Using a .40-inch cartridge adds a full millimeter to each bullet's diameter, and the casting effect is immediately noticeable.

Despite the increased sensitivity, which I will discuss in more detail later, the gun remains as accurate as any other Glock I have used.

The Glock 23 comes with a plastic three-dot sight (one front, two rear). As a bare-bones gun, the stock sights do the job well enough, but I recommend getting some sights, especially if you plan on using the gun in low light.

Glock 23 Gen3 40 S&w Police Trade Ins (very Good Condition)

Glock has a reputation for making guns you can trust with your life, and the Glock 23 is no exception. This gun will shoot pretty much anything you put it at without any complaints.

An error occurred while using the application. It seems to fit all the other glocks I've owned and used over the years, so I wouldn't be surprised.

One thing that worries me is how the larger caliber of the Glock 19 might increase wear on the gun compared to the 9mm, but time will tell anyway and so far Glock pistols have stood the test of time.

Glock 23 40 Cal

As previously mentioned, the Glock 23 is physically identical to the Glock 19, with accurate dimensions and empty weight.

Glock 40 Hi Res Stock Photography And Images

Like the Glock 19, the G23 is large enough to handle well, with a comfortable 4-inch barrel. The sights are easy to line up and the gun's simple design makes it easy to hold and operate.

The Glock 23 features a trigger safety system that requires a full stop to pull the trigger. It does not contain a manual safety, which is part of its design as a defensive weapon.

While I support any feature that reduces the risk of accidentally firing a firearm, I appreciate the simple yet effective design of the trigger safety.

When you're forced to defend yourself, you don't have time to manually check the safety, and the Glock 23 trigger safety was designed with that in mind. At the end of the day, the best security is awareness and discipline.

Glock 23 Handgun With A Satin Aluminum Cerakote Slide By Web User

The reason the Glock 23 was created was to make a pistol that was just as reliable and serviceable as the Glock 19, but chambered for the larger .40 caliber cartridge. As such, the 23 magazine holds fewer rounds (13) than the Glock 19 (15 rounds).

One of the features of the Glock 23 is an adjustable magazine release that you can switch to whichever side is more comfortable for you. While not as easy as a two-handed release, this feature is still great for southpaws.

The Glock 23 is the same size and shape as the Glock 19, sharing Glock's signature box shape at 7.36" x 5.04" x 1.26".

Glock 23 40 Cal

Empty weight is 21.16 oz compared to the G19, and the loaded magazine makes the G23 slightly heavier.

glock 22 vs 23

glock 22 vs 23

Glock 22 Vs 23 - When the Glock pistol was introduced, like so many others, I was skeptical about the polymer-framed pistol. I've had positive experiences with the HK P9S 9mm and don't consider polymer cheap - it's not. The HK is an extraordinary pistol. Rigorous testing and experience have eliminated the skepticism. The Glock is a reliable, affordable and durable service pistol chambered for the popular 9mm Luger cartridge.

Many officers requested a self-loading pistol, but sheriffs and administrators were reluctant to issue or approve anything other than a .38-caliber revolver. A famous commander told the army, 'When they do a double action of self-loading, I will approve it'. SIG and Beretta broke into the police market with excellent dual-action pistols. Training and transition time are demanding if done properly.

Glock 22 Vs 23

Glock 22 Vs 23

Requests for DAO autoloaders have been sent to US-based manufacturers, but they have not responded. Thus, they abolished the American police market for Europeans. No American competitor of the time could compare in quality, accuracy and reliability to SIG. But the SIG requires officers to learn how to load, decode, fire the first shot in double action, and switch to single-shot. Beretta added the complexity of a slide-mounted safety feature. When Glock introduced the Dao pistol, the weapon's manual was loaded, holstered, drawn, fired!

Advantage Arms Conversion Kit 19 23 Gen 5 Threaded Barrel

I evaluated the first 9mm bell at the insistence of my commander and found it to be fine. It's interesting and useful. Accuracy in combat as opposed to accurate shooting is good. I would have liked more manual safety, but the Glock is a pistol that serves better than any American revolver or self-loading revolver - as long as it is loaded with +P+9mm ammunition. I continue to carry my 1911.45.

Meanwhile, largely due to the adoption of self-loading machines, many agencies have scrapped the 50-yard standard. It may surprise many readers, but at the time, 6 to 12 rounds qualified in a 60-round course that involved shooting from a tassel at 50 yards. The officers would not be helpless if shot at long range.

The Smith-and-Wesson revolvers can be seen at the distance of six shots in a 4-inch group. For comparison, a friend used the Smith and Wesson Model 59 9mm to benchmark the instructor area. He feels the load time will be much less than his Model 19 .357 Magnum. Bill almost missed the course by 25 yards.

We shot the M59 from the bench at 25 yards and found it to perform well for 8 inches. Such is the status of handguns in police service. Bill then specified SIG P226 for agency use in a medium-sized division. With the Federal Hydra Shock issue, this pistol will group 5 shots into 1.5-2.2 inches at 25 yards.

Glock G19 Gen4 Vs Glock G22 Gen4 Size Comparison

When the Glock M22 .40 was introduced, I was interested. The first pistols have accuracy issues, but not all of them, and the problem is easier. My personal M22 is equipped with a Novak steel scope and a bar sto barrel. Blocky Glock sights are great for close range but limit the shooter to 25 yards. With a bar sto barrel and good range, I now have a 50-yard rifle.

The .40 began to do well in shootings across the country. The 9mm cartridge has had mixed results, mostly poor, in police service. Every few years, someone with less practical experience tells us that the 9mm problems have been solved. Bigger caliber will always perform better.

Over time, I saw a significant number of students come to class with bell pistols. It was imperative that I be able to use the pistol well and demonstrate. So I kept a Glock 19 or Glock 23 for training. I would have preferred the Glock 22 for all uses for several reasons.

Glock 22 Vs 23

The bell has evolved from the first bell to generation 4. The main improvements are in the viewfinder, bounce bar and grip frame. The actions are the same. Most bell triggers are set at 5.5 pounds - ideal for personal defense. Aftermarket disconnects and trigger components are for competition purposes only. Anyone using an aftermarket trigger pistol is asking for legal trouble. If you can run 100 yards full speed and then pull the light trigger, you are a good person. If not stop the factory trigger.

Over the years there have even been wild attempts to control the recoil by shifting the barrel or adding a compensation. Among the very few that actually work well are the Glock M22c or the paid versions. The modest ports provide a degree of recoil reduction. The hotter the load, the better the compensator works, stealing loads at a modest 15-30 fps. 22C is no longer produced. The 22c came to me simply because it was on sale. I would be well served with an M22 but I love my pistol.

A must-have addition to any bell is the night scene in my opinion. This pistol is equipped with a factory steel night sight. Daytime vision imaging is better and the 24-hour use of the device is improved. I also modified the grip frame to better fit my medium-sized hand. Among the top rated gunsmiths in the world are the guys at Robar, Inc. and they will modify your bell if you want.

This pistol is useful for concealed carry, IDPA, IPSC and indoor defense, even for defense against wildlife. I photographed the deer with a .40 S&W, and at 25 yards he flew four feet in the air with the Federation's 180 grain Hydra Shock.

The Glock M22 has proven to be accurate with a wide variety of loads. If I were filming an IPSC match, I would load big 170 grains of Fiocchi. As the name implies, this load provides a major rating without overpressure and is proven to be very accurate. Fiocchi's 165 grain JHP has proven its match accuracy and is one of the better options for home defense.

Glock 23: Why It Should Be Your New Carry Gun

Loads that have proven accurate in the Glock M22 include the Winchester PDX 180 grain JHP at 980 fps. This mass exhibits little muzzle flashes, often a warm glow even in low light. Hornady's 155-grain XTP breaks 1100 fps from the Glock M22c. The balance between penetration and expansion is good and this payload shoots flat up to 50 yards. There are more expensive pistols available, but none are more reliable than the Glock M22. The .40 caliber cartridge hits hard. The M22 is a winner in every way. New GLOCK Gen5 models: an update of the GLOCK 22, 23 and 27 - fifth generation and the role of the .40 S&W caliber

Austrian polymer pioneer GLOCK has launched a new, high-performance trio in three "full size", "compact" and "subcompact" formats with the G22, G23 and G27 fifth generation pistol models. Additionally, the two .40 S&W G22/G23 Gen5 models are also available in a Modular Optical System (MOS) version with a factory-built slide for attaching a micro-pointing point.

New trio from Austria: GLOCK is now rolling out Gen5 of the famous G22 (above, service pistol size), G23 (right, compact pistol size) and G27 (left, compact pistol size)) in the powerful .40 caliber S&W.

The GLOCK G22 and G23 Gen5 models are also available in the popular gauge version, so a red micro-point sight can be mounted quickly and easily on the mild slide. This is the compact G23 Gen5 MOS with Trijicon RMR sight.

The new models from GLOCK come at the right time since the .40 Smith & Wesson pistol caliber celebrates its 30th birthday this year. Gun enthusiasts who have been in the business for a long time will remember the history of the development of the cartridge.

It all started in the early 1980s, when the legendary "fighting master" John Dean "Jeff" Cooper (May 10, 1920 - September 25, 2006) with the American company Dornaus & Dixon introduced to the world famous Bren Ten pistol in brand new 10 mm automatic. Caliber. The Auto 10mm was designed to bridge the ballistic distance between the 9mm Luger and the .45 ACP and is therefore the ultimate defensive cartridge. Norma was then the sole manufacturer of the factory's 10mm (extra strong) ammunition and a rigid market policy led to the premature demise of pistol maker Dornaus & Dixon, a Swiss firm, which left a paltry amount of ammunition.

Colt eventually took pity on the young patron and in 1987 launched the Colt Delta Elite, a government Colt housed in a 10mm machine. Many gun and ammunition manufacturers responded accordingly and introduced the 10mm auto into their production lines.

A brief overview of the entire Gen5 team (from left to right): G23 compact pistol in gauge and standard versions (barrel length 102 mm, magazine 13 rounds), G27 compact pistol in standard version (barrel length 87 mm, magazine 9 rounds) ) as well as the G22 service pistol in gauge form and standard version (114 mm barrel length, 15-round magazine).

Glock 22c

Glock 22c

The Glock 22 (along with its siblings, the smaller G23 and the smaller G27) are Glock's .40 auto pistols and have been very popular with law enforcement across the United States for decades. They offer pistols chambered in a large LE-focused cartridge while carrying the full-size 9mm G17, Glock 19 and G26 pistols.

Glock 22 Gen3 With Glock Night Sights

Back in the parachute, drum-and-bass-filled nineties, the 9mm received pushback from LE agencies across the country due to concerns about penetration and stopping power stemming from the failure in the 1986 Miami shooting. When agents became less interested in The pivot to 10mm auto, S&W and Winchester cooked up the .40 S&W auto, which caused the 10mm cartridge and Georg Luger's 9mm cartridge to drop like a bad habit—replaced, almost overnight. One, through the new Ge-Wiz LE surprise cartridge, and the .40 S&W.

Glock brought the Glock 22 to market along with the G23 in 1990, and the rest, as they say, is history.

When the fine folks at Guns.com offered a used LE G22 Glock pistol to put through my paces, I was excited to share my take on the original .40 Auto Glock.

In the mid-nineties, with the introduction of the G26, Glock had a trifecta of 9mm pistols on the market: the full-sized G17, the smaller G19 and the smaller G26. The family of lightweight Glocks provides them with guns that meet the needs of their customers: peace officer and military customers can handle the full pistol, plains officers and photo enthusiasts can handle small duty. , and the compact G26 offers deep coverage and storage. Options.

Glock 22 Gen3, Dept Used

Not only are these three options suitable for most situations, but they can all hold the same magazine – no need to worry about different magazines for each gun. The universe of Gaston Bell is indeed settled.

After the 1986 Miami shooting in which insufficient penetration of a 9 mm round fired by an FBI agent allowed a shooter to kill 2 FBI agents and injure a third, the FBI requested a gun Which can provide the ability to stand up and go with a reasonable choice there. while; 10 mm automatic.

Despite the increased power, the 10 mm cartridge became less popular with agents due to its illusory nature.

Glock 22c

In an effort to control the 10mm auto misfire with agents—it's notoriously challenging to control, and the massive S&W Model 1076 was a real problem with agents without mitts—the feds developed a powerful 10mm small load called the FBI Lite Load What he promised. Less bounce and more control but in the end it was found to be better than the original.

Glock G22 Pistols For Brazil

Smith & Wesson took notice and worked with Winchester to develop a more intimate LE cartridge. They copied the 10mm Auto FBI Lite load but scaled down the bullet to fit in a 9mm pistol sized frame. With that, the .40 S&W Auto was born and took off with law enforcement like wildfire.

The .40 S&W offers the same accuracy and conditions as the 9mm but with more energy and, most importantly, none of the annoying 10mm auto - making it more powerful than the nine of the time and easier to eat ahead of the target more As a. cm sphere.

Glock caught on in .40 S&W with police departments and was the first to bring a new family of .40 S&W pistols to market; Moving away from previous models focusing on 9mm, the full-sized G22 and smaller G23 hit the streets in 1990, and the smaller G27 came to market in 1995.

Glock has helped law enforcement agencies convert to the .40 Auto caliber with a commercial program, allowing them to convert their 9mm Glocks to .40 Auto pistols. The fact that the G22 and G23 pistols are the same size as the G17 and G19 9mm pistols means that holsters and magazine pouches can all be handled, and no extra training is required – the pistols are the same size and operate the same.

Cerakote Glock 22

While the latest trend is for LE agencies to move back to 9mm from the once-dominant .40 auto, the .40 auto caliber Glocks are still popular with LE and public shooters alike.

While this was the first thing I saw, I took the gun and broke it to switch the pieces and headed to the chain. Let's dive into it.

Shooting is quick and easy like any bell - you just flip it over, give the slide a little tension and pull the release levers on both sides of the slide. Release and pull the front panel to slide it off the frame.

Glock 22c

The standard clip provides enough grip to make carrying the gun straight, and the Melonite finish is smooth and balanced from the barrel to the buttplate.

Glock 22 Gen5 .40s&w (ngz1142) New

Milling is clean and efficient – and because more than 80% of the Glock's weight is in steel parts, the slide is probably the heaviest of the gun despite the serration. Once on top of the gun, it feels perfectly balanced. The disc is not ground for optical devices.

White dot sights are clear, usable and create a beautiful visual image. They, however, cannot be replaced because this is a service product.

The mag release is larger than the Gen3 model and easier to play with larger hands. It continued to lower the bar when needed in my test. It feels a little rough, but it does the trick - it has a release.

The stop I found small and difficult to activate when holding the clip, but it held the last round open and worked consistently and opened the first round of the next mag without fail.

The body has cutouts on both sides of the grip to allow the user to run a picture release on either side of the grip frame, so south, cheers!

Glock supplies the G22 with two magazines, each capable of 15 rounds—of course, those in non-capacity states will have to make do with 10-round sticks.

Metal magazines are covered in polymer, helping to withstand wear and tear. The mags carry a black follower and have indicator holes in the 4-15 round mark to allow the user to determine how much they have on tap.

Glock 22c

An enlightened follower would be welcome to measure or magic nothing, but the bell does what the bell wants.

Glock 22c Gen 4 40s&w

The bottom of the mag well is located away from the palm rest to allow the user to eject the jammed mag. I can easily get a perfect thumb in the break and get a good purchase on the mag lip in the event of a stubborn mag.

The G22's grip is less textured than the bolt, which doesn't offer the same grip and control as other pistols, such as the S&W Shield M2.0 we reviewed. The grip is also pretty big, with my pinky just barely past the tip of my forefinger.

That said, the small notch in the front of the grip along with the 22-degree grip angle helped with control at the range and the gun felt very comfortable and balanced in the hand.

This problem is probably my least favorite part of the G22. He has a lot of takeaways that make him a challenge to target and fire in the early going. That said, after about 50 rounds, I could consistently get groups of 6 on a 6-inch target at 20 yards, so once you get used to the trigger, the gun's protection, and what it will allow.

Glock 22 Handgun With Cerakote H 146 And E 130 By Todd Bonura

The reset is not bad, but it can reset near the back of the guard. The base safety is the classic bell style, which is comfortable on the trigger finger and works without trigger after shot. The best thing about a security alert is that you just forget it's there.

Of course, there are plenty of options when it comes to Glock triggers, so take the plunge if you've got enough mash.

The G22 uses Glock 4 recoil springs, matched with a dual recoil spring assembly. It is designed to reduce wear and tear and increase durability and service life.

The guide rod is also metal, which adds weight but prevents some of the issues with lighter polymer guide rods, such as those used on the Taurus G2K, which have spring events that slide on the end of the rod. Creating useless gun inside. Regulation.

glock 23 .40

glock 23 .40

Glock 23 .40 - Often more popular than the Glock 19, the larger Glock 23 still has a lot to offer the discerning shooter. While it may not be as light as the 19, the Glock 23 uses a .40 caliber pistol cartridge, which provides more stopping power.

Increased power is the main reason police departments across the country are choosing the G23 over the G19, but the weapon's benefits aren't just for the wearer.

Glock 23 .40

Glock 23 .40

Chambered with .40 caliber ammo, the Glock 23 offers a solid middle ground between the ease of use of the Glock 19 and the stopping power of larger calibers.

Lh Threaded Barrel G23 Gen3 & Gen4 Models

Although it looks like a Glock 19 when you first hold it, the Glock 23 comes back when you pull the trigger. Using a .40-inch round adds a full millimeter of diameter to each bullet, and the recoil effect is immediately noticeable.

Despite the increased comfort, which I will discuss in more depth later, the gun is as accurate as any Glock I have used.

The Glock 23 comes with three plastic dot sights (one in front, two in back). As a bare-bones rifle, the stock sights work well, but I would definitely recommend getting some aftermarket sights, especially if you plan on using the rifle in low light.

Glock has a solid reputation for making guns you can trust with your life and the Glock 23 is no exception. This gun will shoot anything you put in it without any complaints.

The Three Caliber Glock Conversion

In using the weapon, he has no problem. This seems to be consistent with all the other Glocks I've owned and used over the years, so I'm not surprised at all.

Another thing I worry about is how the higher caliber can do more damage to the gun compared to the 9mm of the Glock 19. In any case, time will tell, and so far the Glock guns have stood the test of time.

As previously stated, the Glock 23 is physically similar to the Glock 19, with the same dimensions and weight throughout.

Glock 23 .40

Like the Glock 19, the G23 is big enough to handle well, with a comfortable 4-inch barrel. The sights are easy to adjust, and the gun's clear, blank design makes it easy to grip and hold.

Pistola Glock 23 40 S&w Gen4

The Glock 23 features a trigger safety system, which requires a full purchase to lower the trigger. It does not come with a manual safety, which is in its design as a defensive weapon.

While I support any feature in a weapon that reduces the risk of accidental discharge, I appreciate the simple-yet-effective design of the trigger safety.

If you are in a situation where you are forced to defend yourself, you do not have time to check the safety of the hand, and the safety of the Glock 23 trigger is designed with this situation in mind. At the end of the day, the best thing in life is self awareness and discipline.

The reason the Glock 23 was designed was to recreate a pistol as reliable and useful as the Glock 19, but chambered in a larger size, the .40 round. Because of this, the 23 magazine holds fewer rounds (13) compared to the Glock 19 (15 rounds).

Glock 23 .40 Cal Combo

A feature of the Glock 23 is the replaceable magazine catch, which you can move to whichever side is most comfortable for you. While it's not as easy as a surprise release, this feature is still great for the southpaws out there.

The Glock 23 is the same size and shape as the Glock 19. It measures 7.36" x 5.04" x 1.26" overall, with Glock's "signature" box shape.

The empty weight weighs 21.16 oz, the same as the G19, while the loaded magazine weighs the G23 a little lighter by comparison.

Glock 23 .40

The Glock 23 is smaller and lighter than the Glock 22, using a single .40 round in the frame and a larger magazine. This makes it more suitable for shooting, while maintaining the accuracy and complete suspension of the gun.

Used Glock 23 40 S&w 23 Hand Gun Buy Online

The twist on the Glock 23 is what really sets it apart from the Glock 19, for me.

23 has significant muzzle rotation as the metal slide moves back and then forward into place. It became difficult for me to quickly adjust the sights after shooting, and it took some getting used to.

I think there are some disadvantages to a metal frame over a polymer frame, and this is one of them. The muzzle flip really made my neck work all day, and it's something that surprised me when using a gun the size of the Glock 19.

However, in a defensive situation, the more stopping power of the .40 caliber round should outweigh the less firepower of the Glock 23.

Glock G23 Gen4 Vs Fn Fns 40 Size Comparison

In terms of price, the Glock 23 is definitely a step up from the Glock 19, both in terms of the gun and its ammunition.

With an MSRP of $600, the Glock 23 is still very affordable. .40 caliber ammo, however, costs at least twice as much as buying a 9mm round. With that said, no ammo is as cheap and versatile as 9mm, so it's not the best comparison.

The Glock 19 is popular for a reason: cheap, easy to use, and widely available, Glock has made itself a household name.

Glock 23 .40

But in real combat, 9mm ammo left something to be desired, so the .40 S&W was created for American officers.

Glock 23 .40 S&w Od Green 4\

Compared to the 19, the Glock 23 is more expensive and more difficult to use. But those problems come with a much needed increase in stopping power, making this rifle a very effective choice as a service rifle.

As a privateer, you will find that the Glock 23 serves as the best choice for a utility pistol for home defense or everyday carry. The reliability and ease of use of the Glock with its larger cartridges make it an excellent tool for self-defense.

Demetrius Morgan/Released)I bought a G23 Gen 3 a few months ago and it has been my favorite gun ever, and I have many guns. I also got a 9mm rotating barrel for it, so I can shoot 40 s&w or 9mm from it, and it's the perfect gun to carry or use as a toy. If you are considering the G19, I would think about going with the G23 and the reversible barrel. This gun can be changed to shoot 4 different calibers (with 40 s & w, you can get either 9mm or .357 barrel conversion, and you can get .22lr interview kit for it). Awesome gun all around! Recommend this gun.

Sold Price: Glock 23 Gen 1 40 Pistol

I prefer the grip on the Gen 4 over the Gen 3. It feels more secure in the hand. The 23's size is perfect for carrying, but large enough to accommodate recoil and provide a long image. I also like the idea of a .357 Sig barrel conversion. In my opinion, you can't beat a Glock.

I really use to flush glocks. They are big guns that don't fit my hand. Recently my husband wanted one and we went to the store while he was checking out the dealer and he put the gen 4 on my hand and it felt like a glove. After a bit of research, I found out that they created a gen 4 after the 1911 grip that I like on a 1911, but I also like how I can customize a glock. So the 23 Gen 4 will probably be the last handgun I ever buy until it breaks.

First Glock I ever owned and it became my number 1 gun to own. Fast, smooth and reliable. I have owned many different Semi Auto's from different manufacturers and this is the best I have found. So it's OK with the spring and barrel but even out of the box I get consistent 5" groups at 9-12 yards. Thanks.

Glock 23 .40

I bought a Gen 3 a few years ago. I still love guns. I'd love to get a Gen 4 one day, but haven't felt the need to yet. I love having it to carry when I'm in law enforcement. It's not too big and still holds a good amount of rounds. I recommend it to almost anyone who wants to take privacy.

Thanks to its engineering, the GL19R is no larger and no heavier to implement than most industry standard non-discrete WML systems. (Victor Masters)

Glock 17 Flush Light

Glock 17 Flush Light

These words of wisdom have proven true on many occasions when some of my industry standard handheld and weapon mounted lights (WML) have gone out or malfunctioned at the worst possible times. These failures at critical moments and the wise words of caution from my teachers reinforced one thing in my mind: Brand name and high price do not always equate to quality or reliability.

Do Pistols Benefit From Popular Aftermarket Modifications?

I recently had the opportunity to test the FenixGL19R WML. While FenixLighting is no stranger to the lighting game, they are fairly new to the WML market. The GL19R was nicely packaged in a durable plastic case that held the WML and a USB-C charging port for its replaceable battery.

Right off the bat, the rechargeable battery feature is a game changer. Most pro-level flashlights are rechargeable, however the WML hasn't stuck with this option, mainly due to size constraints fitting a battery and a charging port into the WML's compact size without adding bulk or weight.

Thanks to its engineering, the GL19R is no larger and no heavier to implement than most industry standard non-discrete WML systems. In fact, the GL19R is slightly smaller and lighter than my Streamlight TLR-1HL. The included USB-C cable gives you multiple options for charging via a computer, wall charger or power bank, and the GL19R is rated for up to two hours before needing a charge.

The rubber USB-C port cover keeps water and dust out of the charging port, and the GL19R's 2-meter water rating further helps it perform, especially in the conditions I work with in the Pacific Northwest.

Blackhawk 44n300bk T Series™ Glock 17/22 Tlr 7 Level 2 Light Bearing Duty Holsters, Available In Left Or Right Hand Options, Black

The GL19R's forward-thinking attachment mount makes attaching it to your pistol quick and easy. Installation simply requires lifting a lever on the side of the GL19R to unlock it, moving it onto the track, and then pushing the rear leg down to lock it into place. The lever sits flush with the side of the GL19R and does not stick out or give way.

The top of the GL19R has a recessed "lock," which is a small horizontal bar designed specifically for Glock rails that helps maintain the position of the GL19R by allowing the horizontal rail to slot into the bottom of your Glock stock . weapon

While the GL19R is very secure with its joystick hold system, the horizontal travel further stabilizes the GL19R and eliminates any possibility of forward movement when manipulating the light controls. The beauty of this system is that it eliminates the need for a screw or other suitable object to secure the WML in place. If the GL19R has play when secured, there is a small screw on the side that can be tightened to loosen the grip on your pistol grip.

Glock 17 Flush Light

I was able to quickly attach the GL19R to my Glock 17 pistol without any problems. The GL19R also mounts to my Heckler & Koch VP9 Picatinny MIL-STD-1913 rail and my Heckler & Koch P2000 rail with no issues or adjustments needed to keep it tight on the rail.

Glock 17 Gen3 Lights/lasers

For those who carry their pistol on duty or just don't like a loose WML holster, the GL19R is the perfect solution to being able to quickly remove your WML at the end of your shift to go home and then when get back to work. reconnect it for use in the task.

Speaking of footwear, an important consideration when choosing a WML is "Will it fit at my duty station?" You can have the fastest and most affordable WML gun and setup out there; however, unless there is a blade to meet your department's storage and durability requirements, that fast weapon and WML will never see a day of use.

Fortunately, the GL19R attached to my Glock 17 and fit into my Level III Safariland 6360 holster designed for the Streamlight TLR-1HL without issue. There was no wobble or other issues, and in the many practice pulls I did, the GL19R never caught or hung on the holster. It also fits my Safariland 6360 Heckler & Koch VP9 and P2000 boots with no problem or adjustment needed for the boot retaining screw.

Now that I had the GL19R secured in the Glock 17 and ready for action, it was time to test its operating controls. Since the lights only used one lever that had to be moved up and down to turn on and off, the two-way switch on the back was a surprise.

Shot 2022] Holosun Scs

Activating the power button with your trigger finger was very simple and natural. The same was true when I started to dry with my left thumb in its natural forward position to activate the on/off button with my left hand. A quick double tap of the on/off switch activates the strobe feature.

Most industry standard WML systems are rated at around 800 to 1000 lumens, but the GL19R is rated at 1200 lumens. There was a noticeable difference in brightness compared to my Streamlight TLR-1HL, and even with that extra brightness, it didn't wash out the lens or subject I was lighting in strong light, which can be confusing not only for a blind suspect, but also for the officer.

The GL19R even comes with two brightness settings. "Standard" is a softer, more diffused light and "Turbo" is a brighter light. Both are lightweight with minimal on/off button manipulation.

Glock 17 Flush Light

Another major selling point for me is that it's almost impossible to accidentally activate the strobe feature. If you've ever flashed at night, there's a good chance you or someone close to you has blinded the entire group and accidentally activated the strobe function on your WML. While there is a strobe feature on the GL19R, it requires two quick taps of the on/off button to activate.

Crimson Trace Cmr 209 Rail Master Universal Pistol Light

If you're in the market for a new WML that's rechargeable, bright, durable, and easy to attach/detach, I highly recommend checking out the FenixGL19R. After spending a few weeks with it, I wouldn't hesitate to keep it as part of my duty setup on my Glock 17. It's lighter, brighter and easier to manipulate than many of the industry standard WML systems out there today, and its price also makes it ideal for those who don't need to own their own equipment or upgrade from the pocket. make a transaction.

He has worked as a patrol officer, forensics officer, intelligence officer and public servant. Since 2016, he has been appointed information officer and general contractor. The new SIG M17 is the first general purpose pistol issued by the US military to come with a rail system from the start. Gun lights are an invaluable tool for anyone who carries a gun professionally or for defensive purposes, whether indoors or outdoors. Concealed carry is no longer just a civilian concern. The Army specifically adopted the SIG M18, a compact version of the M17, to make the weapon easier to conceal. Small guns need smaller lights, and the TLR-7 is a smaller light than the Streamlight.

Smaller size often comes with lower performance, but with the TLR-7, you'd be hard-pressed to make that argument. This small and compact weapon light still packs 500 lumens of light with a reported beam distance of 140 meters. The light runs off a single CR123A battery and will give you 1.5 hours of run time.

Dimensional The TLR-7 is 2.15 inches long, 1.27 inches tall and 1.18 inches wide. Its total weight is 2.4 ounces. It's a small light, with a reasonable runtime and a powerful enough beam for most applications. It won't replace the TLR 1 or Surefire X300, but as far as small lights go, it will get the job done.

Review: Xr920 From Shadow Systems

The TLR-7 fits best with compact handguns the same size as the Glock 19. The light fits most guns of this size and allows you to reduce the size of the gun when attaching a light. It's stupid to connect an entire light to a complex weapon. At that point, only carry a full-length weapon
